The die casting machine we bought from Toyo, Yizumi and Sanji is of good performance. Mold temperature control system, as well as automatic  ladlers and automatic sprayers were configured; At the same time, robotic device was equipped on the large-tonnage die casting machine, stabilized the  quality and reduced the operating intensity of the workers.

     

    Various of 3/4 axes CNCs were from Harting(USA), Taichung Seiki(Taiwan) and ares-seiki(Taiwan), especially the new purchased  five axes VMC  from LG-Mazak, will enhanced both the quality and production efficiency.
